There is also a reminder tool that my secretary prints and sends out to the students so they do not forget about their consequences.

I have also used the "events" feature in Student Conductor to alert parents when their student arrives to school dances and when they leave. I use this same feature to email parents when their students arrive in detention and when they leave so parents are aware of their child's whereabouts.
